A house with a steam room, a pool and a fireplace, rented to one group at a time. The bot shows the hours that are really free, holds a slot until the deposit arrives, and sends the family tomorrow's schedule every evening.

WHAT WAS NEEDED: One house and one group at a time, so the one mistake that cannot happen is two groups promised the same evening. Customers should see what is free and book it without a call, and the owner should still decide.
WHAT WE BUILT: A calendar of free hours with cleaning time kept around every booking, and a request that holds its slot. The customer gets the deposit details at once. If no deposit arrives within three hours, the slot frees itself, and night hours do not count. The owner confirms in one tap, adds phone bookings, closes hours for repairs, and every evening the family gets tomorrow's schedule.
WITH MONOBANK: Connected to the owner's Monobank card, the bot asks for a slightly uneven deposit, like 1001 UAH, so it can recognise that payment in the statement and confirm the booking by itself. It only reads the statement. It cannot move money.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO: Without Monobank it never confirms a booking on its own: the owner does. If the owner turns down a request that was already paid, the bot reminds them to refund it, but it refunds nothing itself.
