Cold email pipeline
A Google Sheet is the only state. One command searches Google Places and enriches what is new. A daily run drafts, checks and sends within a limit, and stops following up the moment someone replies.
- WHAT IT SOLVES
- Cold email to local businesses fails on the details: chains whose managers cannot buy, generic addresses nobody reads, and openers that read like a template.
- WHAT WE BUILT
- Chains are flagged before any money is spent, by their domain, location subdomains, trademarks in the name and several branches on one site, and again once the site is crawled. Each lead gets a contact from its own site or through Hunter, and a mail server check before the first email. The opener is drafted from the business's own site and checked before it is used.
- THE NUMBERS
- As of October 2026: 227 businesses found, 161 emails found, 86 openers written and checked, and 65 first emails sent, with follow-ups.
- WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
- No tracking pixels, no rewritten links, and no Instagram scraping: a handle is only read from links on the business's own site.
